Bathmate Returns & Warranty Information

 

Once you buy any of our products through this website, you'll be protected in two ways. For 60 days after purchase, you'll be able to claim a full refund if you're not satisfied for any reason at all.

We would advise that most customers report improvement after about 6-8 weeks of continued use, which is in the 60 day window, giving you time to experience the power of our products. We'd also recommend contacting our support team immediately if you believe there's any issue with any of our products.

  

Returning Products

If you want to return your purchase for any reason, just get in touch with our support team, and we'll send you all the information you need to send your product back and claim a refund. We're available online at support@bathmatedirect.com - our team is available to process returns 7 days a week

We do require that you send your products back in order to claim a refund, we hygienically destroy all returned products. At the present time, we cannot offer refunds for return shipping, but will completely refund your purchase if returned within the 60 day post-purchase window, regardless of why you return the product.

Note that this return offer may only be claimed once per customer, to avoid any kind of fraud or similar issue.
